As Spider-Man, you must run through the bank, finding and defeating 20 Doc Ock henchman, then fighting Doc Ock himself. Doc Ock has 20 hearts. Once all the keys are found or Doc Ock is defeated, the level is over. A cutscene shows Peter Parker seeing a fire, then running inside with a Fireman right behind him.

After the cutscene, you have 1 minute to find and save the Kid trapped inside the burning building and escape. Once you save the Kid, the level is finished. A cutscene shows Spider-Man finding Doc Ock on top of the train, and then him beginning to battle him.

Once the cutscene is over, Spidey must defeat Doc Ock. Doc Ock has 10 hearts. After the battle, a cutscene occurs showing Spidey fall through the roof of the train, losing his mask in the process. After this cutscene, you play as a Child, trying to retrieve Spider-Man's mask before 1 minute is up. Once that is done, you become Spider-Man again, and fight Doc Ock once again as well. Doc Ock has 8 hearts this time. Once you defeat Ock for the second time, the level is over.

A cutscene shows Spider-Man arriving at the warehouse, and he enters. Once defeated, a cutscene shows Spidey showing Ock who he really is. After that cutscene, you are Doctor Octopus, and you must destroy the four legs of the machine. Once the four legs are gone, the level is finished. A cutscene shows Peter riding on his motorcycle, then getting picked up by New Goblin.

After the cutscene, you fight New Goblin, and can switch between Peter and a Hawk. Peter, you have to climb up onto Harry's board to fight him, and the Hawk you have to get close. New Goblin has 20 hearts. Defeat New Goblin to beat the level. A cutscene shows Spidey getting kissed by Gwen, and then a huge sandstorm sweeping through the city.

Spidey swings off to take care of it, and Gwen follows. After the cutscene, there is a web-swing battle with Sandman. Basically, Spider-Man can't stop web-swinging, and he must get close enough to hit Sandman. A cutscene shows Spider-Man getting taken over by the Black Suit, and jumping out of the window. After the cutscene, Black Suit Spidey and the Policeman must fight and defeat 10 burglars. As Black Suit Spidey, you must defeat Sandman. Sandman has 20 hearts.
