Pc games with xbox live achievements

A good example would be The Outer Worlds. Play Anywhere titles share their achievements. If you unlock them on Xbox you can't do so again on PC and vise-versa. If its the game says its a "Windows 10" version or something along those lines then yes, the achievement lists are separate. Like another user stated, 'Player-Anywhere' games tend to be all-in-one as far as their achievements go but, some games through the Microsoft Store over the years after and before the 'Play-Anywhere' feature came about do have separate versions.

Personally I would go with TrueAchievements! Just wondered if the pc versions of games in the windows store that are also available on Xbox, contain seperate achievements? Not play anywhere titles, just regular ones, as I'm playing pillars of eternity on PC on gamepass which states in the description that it has achievements and I have also previously played it a little bit on Xbox, but I'm not getting any achievements from the PC version?
